金吾财讯 | Circle（CRCL）美股盘中股价扬升，最新涨13.15%，报100.3美元，成交额10亿美元。消息面上，BlockBeats消息，9月3日，Circle与去中心化永续合约交易平台edgeX共同宣布，在9月16日Arc主网上线之际，edgeX成为Arc旗舰perp，将在主网首日提供24/7的fx交易，双方将共同推动Arc链上外汇及全球资产交易市场的发展。此外，Circle总裁、前CFTC主席Heath Tarbert出席美国众议院金融服务委员会听证会。他表示，GENIUS法案已经搭建起支付型稳定币的联邦监管框架，国会应当进一步推动CLARITY法案落地，搭建数字资产市场层面的长期监管制度。同时他提出，GENIUS法案配套实施细则需要堵住离岸稳定币的监管套利漏洞，约束面向美国用户的中介机构，要求境外稳定币发行方满足对等监管标准。
