Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic has agreed to a $35 billion computing deal with Nvidia-backed (NVDA) cloud provider Lambda to rapidly expand its AI capacity, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing an unnamed person familiar with the matter.

The report said the project involves a Texas data center being developed by Hut 8, with Nvidia reportedly holding the lease.

Lambda is also in talks to raise up to $3 billion at a potential valuation of $12 billion or more, Bloomberg reported.

Anthropic did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
