ChainCatcher 消息，据 EU-Startups 报道，柏林 AI 原生能源平台 Cloover 宣布完成 8,620 万欧元（约 1 亿美元）新一轮融资，并获得欧洲投资基金（EIF）3.5 亿欧元担保支持，累计融资总额超 11.2 亿欧元（约 13 亿美元）。与此同时，公司宣布成立三年后正式实现盈利，年化营收突破 3.017 亿欧元（约 3.5 亿美元）。
Cloover 专注于住宅太阳能、热泵及家庭电气化领域，通过与独立安装商合作，为其提供融资、软件及能源产品，目前已覆盖欧洲五大市场，每年完成约 2 万套安装项目，是欧洲最大能源市场前三的住宅能源玩家之一。公司计划进一步拓展英国、法国及波兰市场。此外，Cloover 正式推出 AI 原生“新型公用事业”模式，通过家庭能源管理系统将每户家庭转变为虚拟电厂，聚合分布式太阳能、储能、热泵及电动车充电桩，实现电力灵活性的实时交易。
