【美格智能(002881.SZ)拟与星沅光电等设立合资公司 推动业务向光通信领域拓展】智通财经APP讯，美格智能(002881.SZ)发布公告，公司拟与兆格创业投资(深圳)合伙企业(有限合伙)、苏州星沅光电科技有限公司(简称“星沅光电”)共同出资，设立美格光芯(上海)技术有限公司(简称“美格光芯”)。美格光芯拟注册资本为1亿元，其中公司拟认缴7000万元，持股比例为70%，星沅光电拟认缴1000万元，持股比例为10%。美格光芯设立后，将成为公司控股子公司，纳入公司合并报表范围。
