Guangdong High Dream Intellectualized Machinery (SHE:300720) completed the registration and business license procedures for the new subsidiary Suzhou High Dream Optoelectronic Technology, according to a Monday after-hours filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The new subsidiary encompasses research, development, sales of new materials, and specialized electronic materials, among others. It has a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
