金吾财讯 | 梯瓦制药（TEVA）与Royalty Pharma（RPRX）宣布，双方合作开发的抗白细胞介素-15（IL-15）抗体药物TEV'408在治疗成人乳糜泻的2a期临床试验中取得积极结果。初步数据表明，试验成功达到主要终点。在给药第8周时，与安慰剂组相比，TEV'408在统计学上显著且临床上有效地预防了由麸质诱发的肠道损伤。根据“乳糜泻症状日记”（患者自我报告的临床测量指标）显示，接受TEV'408治疗的患者其胃肠道症状评分明显低于安慰剂组。此外，该药物耐受性良好，未出现新的安全信号。梯瓦制药表示，本次乳糜泻研究的成果将在未来的医学会议上公开发布，进一步验证了该药物在多个治疗领域的“管线内”巨大潜力。基于良好的安全性和疗效反馈，梯瓦计划在获得正在进行的1b期研究积极结果后，推进TEV'408针对白癜风的2b期临床试验，持续扩大其在自身免疫性疾病领域的管线版图。
