【华夏基金：旗下基金参与燧原科技IPO申购】华夏基金公告称，公司旗下部分公募基金参与上海燧原科技股份有限公司首次公开发行A股申购。燧原科技本次发行保荐人中信证券为公司控股股东，联席主承销商国泰海通证券、广发证券分别为公司旗下部分基金托管人的重大关联方、托管人，本次交易属关联交易，已履行审批程序并经基金托管人同意。燧原科技发行价为142.18元/股，公司旗下超80只公募基金通过网下、网上方式获配燧原科技股份。
