智通财经APP获悉，9月4日，证监会发布《关于同意广东钶锐锶数控技术股份有限公司首次公开发行股票注册的批复》。据悉，钶锐锶拟在上交所科创板上市，国泰海通证券为其保荐机构，拟募资7.19亿元。
招股书显示，钶锐锶主要从事全直驱数控机床及数控系统类产品的研发、生产及销售业务，是国内全直驱数控机床的领先者，也是国内少有的同时拥有PWM型数控系统和总线型数控系统、且两种数控系统均已形成规模销售的企业。
钶锐锶数控系统产品截至目前已累计销售及使用超2万套，应用于精密铣床、精密磨床、五轴联动机床、三维五轴激光、力控打磨设备、类自动化设备等领域，对德国西门子、德国海德汉、日本发那科、日本三菱等主流数控系统进行了替代，已具有一定的市场知名度。其中，公司U系列PWM型数控系统成功打破了德国海德汉对中国机床市场的垄断，在国内机床市场中，德国海德汉和公司是PWM型数控系统的主要供应商；另外公司N系列总线型数控系统由于自身出色的性能及产品稳定性，已成功销售给多家全球知名自动化解决方案企业，如发那科机器人等。
