Shanghai Vital Deeptech (SHA:600641), formerly Shanghai Wanye Enterprises, proposed to raise the estimated amount of its daily transactions with related parties for the year by 1 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The estimate was increased to 2.41 billion yuan from 1.41 billion yuan.
The real estate developer's shares dropped 6% during the afternoon trade.
