凤凰网科技讯 9月4日，努比亚手机官方发文宣布，全球首款AI智能体手机NaviX Ultra将搭载长鑫最高速率10667Mbps的LPDDR5X内存。
长鑫存储官方回应道，本次是国产10667Mbps高速率LPDDR5X芯片首次量产应用。
LPDDR5X内存单颗粒最高16Gb，相比市面主流8533Mbps版本带宽提升约25%，同时功耗相比LPDDR5降低30%，兼顾高带宽输出与移动端续航表现。
据官方消息，努比亚NaviX Ultra已正式获得入网许可证，将于9月上市。
