智通财经APP获悉，港交所披露截至2026年8月31日港股市场及IPO申请统计数据。市场存量方面，年初港股主板、GEM(创业板)合计上市公司2686家；年内新上市公司106家，其中主板104家，GEM 2家；全年累计除牌31家，主板23家，GEM 8家。截至8月31日，港股上市公司总数达2761家，主板2455家，GEM 306家。
IPO申请端，2026年截至报告日港交所合计处理866宗上市申请，主板816宗，GEM 17宗，其他类别33宗。其中结转自2025年末未完成申请379宗，2026年新受理487宗。
申请状态拆分来看，已有135宗申请完成上市，主板104宗、GEM 2宗、其他类别29宗；23宗已获上市委员会批准待上市；511宗申请正在处理当中，主板501宗，GEM 9宗；另有197宗申请归于其他状态，包含申请期限届满、被拒、被发回、企业自行撤回等情形。
