路透北京9月4日 - 中国电池公司--欣旺达300207.SZ周五表示，新能源汽车制造商--理想汽车2015.HKLI.O拟以26.5亿元人民币向欣旺达动力增资，对应获得增资完成后这家动力电池公司8.79%的股份。
欣旺达在深交所公告，在欣旺达动力的C++轮增资扩股完成后，公司对其持股比例将由26.38%下降至24.06%仍属于公司合并报表范围内的子公司。
欣旺达指出，本次战略合作将充分发挥欣旺达动力、理想汽车在技术研发、产能配套、市场拓展等方面的协同优势，巩固公司在动力电池领域的竞争地位，提升乘用车市场占有率。
公告显示，理想汽车与欣旺达动力现有股东--车之辕均为Leading Ideal HK Limited的全资持股公司。本次交易完成后，Leading Ideal HK Limited将通过理想汽车、车之辕间接合计持有欣旺达动力11.17%的股份。
欣旺达是理想汽车的电池供应商之一。双方去年在山东成立一家合资公司，作为理想汽车推进电池自研自制战略的核心载体。
欣旺达动力曾于2023年尝试分拆上市，但未取得实质性进展。2025年7月，欣旺达母公司向港交所递交了H股上市申请书。
