* 华虹宏力公告称，公司及全资子公司--上海华虹宏力拟与无锡锡虹国芯二期、华芯鼎新、国开新型政策性金融工具有限公司共同对标的公司--无锡华虹宏力三期半导体有限公司进行增资，拟建设月产能约为5.5万片/月的12英寸特色工艺晶圆代工产线。
各方同意对标的公司进行投资，通过本次交易使标的公司注册资本达到41.7亿美元。本次交易完成后，上海华虹宏力、公司、无锡锡虹国芯二期、华芯鼎新、国开公司分别持有标的公司26%、25%、20%、15%及14%的股权。为实现公司战略目标，把握半导体行业发展机遇，通过优化产业布局和适度扩大半导体产能规模，增强市场竞争优势。
