ChainCatcher 消息，特朗普的加密货币盟友、比特币企业家 David Bailey 正试图重振其加密资产储备业务。2025 年 5 月，David Bailey 旗下 Nakamoto 完成合并并登陆公开市场，此前公司已筹集约 7.6 亿美元资金，用于建立比特币储备，其对冲基金此前相关策略回报率一度达到 640%。
但此后 Nakamoto 股价已从高点暴跌约 99%，成为数字资产财库公司整体崩盘的缩影，随着投资者不再愿意为通过上市公司持有比特币支付溢价，此类公司的估值普遍遭到重创。不过，David Bailey 正试图证明，即使剥离比特币持仓溢价，Nakamoto 仍具备可持续的商业模式，并称自己仍会与白宫保持不定期联系。
