智通财经APP讯，万泰生物(603392.SH)发布公告，此前，公司实际控制人钟睒睒拟向福建省翔安创新实验室科技发展基金会无偿捐赠其直接持有公司的3300万股无限售条件流通股，占公司目前总股本的2.61%。钟睒睒通过非交易过户的方式在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司完成了3300万股无限售条件流通股的过户登记手续，截至公告披露日，钟睒睒向福建省翔安创新实验室科技发展基金会捐赠股份已全部过户完毕。
本次权益变动后，钟睒睒直接持股比例由17.71%降至15.10%，其与一致行动人养生堂有限公司合计持股比例由73.53%降至70.92%。本次权益变动不触及要约收购，不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
