新浪科技讯 9月4日晚间消息，百度集团在香港联交所发布公告称，据上海证券交易所当日发布的通知，百度A类普通股已获纳入沪港通下港股通标的证券，2026年9月7日生效。

　　今日，百度港股盘中一度涨超5.68%，成为恒生科技指数涨幅居前的个股之一。花旗之前分析认为，如果百度获准纳入港股通，将可能成为吸引可观资金流入和买盘兴趣的关键催化剂。据第三方预测，未来2到4个月，百度净新增南向资金量或达60亿美元，即470亿港币。

　　百度在公告中表示，获纳入沪港通，标志着公司在拓展至中国内地投资者方面迈出重要一步。此次纳入预期将进一步多元化其投资者基础，及提升其股份的流动性。

　　据悉，百度不会通过增发、发行债券或发行可转债进行融资。公司现金及投资总额超400亿美元，且相关投资已经呈现出自我造血趋势。未来两个季度，市场主要关注点还包括：百度智能云业务继续保持较好增速、萝卜快跑进入更多新城市，以及昆仑芯上市。
