BRP Names Minh Thanh Tran Chief Financial Officer as Sebastien Martel Retires

BRP's chief financial officer, Sebastien Martel, is retiring after more than a decade in the post.

BRP on Thursday said Minh Thanh Tran, currently executive vice president of global corporate and product strategy, will succeed Martel as finance chief of the maker of powersports equipment on Oct. 1.

BRP said Martel, who joined the Valcourt, Qeubec, company in 2004 and has been chief financial officer since 2014, will stay on as executive adviser until he retires in April 2027.

Tran joined BRP in 2017 and has been in his current post since 2024.
