格隆汇9月4日丨联合医务(00722.HK)公告，尽管集团于年度的收益与2025年同期相比保持相对稳定，但预期集团于2026财政年度将录得约7600万港元左右的净亏损，而截至2025年6月30日止年度("2025财政年度")则录得净利润约3200万港元。 于2026财政年度的未经审核综合净亏损主要是由于以下因素：(i)相较于2025财政年度，于2026财政年度就商誉以及物业、厂房及设备计提的一次性减值拨备有所增加。预期减值亏损属非现金性质，对集团的现金流量、流动资金状况或日常营运并无任何影响；及(ii)员工成本及租金开支增加，主要由于佛山一家新综合医疗中心于2026财政年度开业所致。该中心于营运初期产生开业及投产成本，集团年内营运开支因而增加。
