现有投资方安德森・霍洛维茨基金向其他潜在投资者透露，由前 OpenAI 首席技术官米拉・穆拉蒂执掌的人工智能企业Thinking Machines Lab，正洽谈一轮融资，拟募资 50‑60 亿美元，投前估值至少 400 亿美元。
这家在Thinking Machines Lab占有董事会席位的投资机构表示，预计英伟达将出资约半数资金。此举将延续英伟达的一系列布局，借此扩大其在开源人工智能开发者群体中的影响力，其中就包括斥资 129 亿美元收购开源模型供应商 Hugging Face。
目前尚不清楚英伟达这笔资金，是否就是这家芯片企业 3 月所称将向思维机器实验室进行的那笔规模 “可观” 但未披露具体数额的投资。英伟达当时表示，计划与Thinking Machines Lab建立 “长期、吉瓦级的战略合作伙伴关系”，外界认为这大概率是帮助这家初创企业获取英伟达紧俏的 AI 服务器芯片。
