贵州省人民政府办公厅印发《贵州省非常规天然气增储上产三年攻坚行动方案(2026—2028年)》，聚焦页岩气、煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)，系统推进勘探、开发、储运、利用全链条建设。

　　行动方案部署六大方面15条具体工作举措。统筹资源储备扩容与产能释放，因地制宜布局产业基地和重点建产区；优化矿产资源管理，整治矿业权低效利用问题；持续深化地质勘探，夯实深部油气资源开发基础；大力推进煤气共采，推动煤矿瓦斯治理由井下被动抽采向地面主动预抽转变；不断拓宽资源利用渠道，推进全省天然气管道“一张网”建设；强化科技攻关，加快科研成果落地转化。
