【海尔智家：拟回购不超8104.45万股境外上市外资股】海尔智家9月3日早间公告，根据股东会的授权，公司决定，就境外上市外资股发出自愿公开股份回购要约，回购上限为8104.45万股D股，约占目前已发行D股总数2.71亿股的30%。此次回购要约的回购价格为每股D股1.87欧元，较要约公告发布前第三个交易日D股在法兰克福证券交易所Xetra交易系统的收盘价溢价5%。如此次回购要约中申报回购的D股超过8104.45万股，公司将按比例回购。公司将注销此次回购要约项下回购的D股。
