智通财经APP获悉，9月3日，香港交易所宣布，香港交易所欢迎哈萨克斯坦开发银行发行离岸人民币债券，这批债券预计9月10日在香港交易所上市。本次发行总规模37亿元离岸人民币，包括5年期及10年期债券两个期限，满足不同投资者需求。
哈萨克斯坦开发银行去年首次在香港发行点心债。本次交易是迄今中亚准主权发行人中规模最大的点心债发行项目，体现中亚地区发行人对离岸人民币市场的持续兴趣。今年以来，香港交易所已迎来超过180只新债券上市。
