Japan Petroleum Exploration Prices 100 Million Yen Bond Issuance

Japan Petroleum Exploration (TYO:1662) priced its 100 million yen bond issuance, according to a Thursday filing with the Tokyo Exchange.
The bonds form part of the first tranche of a 20-billion-yen bond program with a five-year term and an interest rate of 2.745% per annum, redeemable Sept. 9, 2031.
Mizuho Securities, SMBC Nikko Securities, Nomura Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, and Daiwa Securities are the joint lead underwriters.
