目前，我市小凌河南大桥改建工程正高效稳步推进，各项桥面及附属设施施工有序开展。

记者在施工现场了解到，当前大桥人行道护栏基座施工完成80%，桥南引道、四五联防水层及沥青混凝土铺设作业已全部完工。工作人员正加紧铺设人行道路缘石与道板砖，同步开展桥梁两侧引道的设施恢复作业。

据介绍，小凌河南大桥改建方案经面向社会公开征集方案设想，择优确定中国中建设计研究院有限公司提交的“铁韵”设计方案。方案深挖锦州城市特质，护栏充分融合工业、铁路文化元素，采用铁棕色主色调，搭配不锈钢激光镂空构件，将锦州工业发展的时代记忆镌刻于桥梁之上，把工业文化底蕴融入桥梁风貌，让大桥既是通行要道，也是展示城市历史底蕴的文化景观。

作为我市重点民生交通工程，小凌河南大桥改建工程始终严把施工质量与安全关，科学统筹施工工序，最大限度降低施工对周边通行的影响。大桥建成后将设置双向六车道、单向三车道，通行能力得到大幅提升。施工方抢抓有利施工时段，稳步推进剩余工程建设，早日实现便捷通行、惠及市民出行。
