智通财经APP获悉，香港交易所发文称，2026年上半年，香港固定收益及货币(FIC)市场发展动能持续增强，经香港交易所旗下的场外结算公司(OTC Clear)结算的交叉货币掉期(CCS)清算总额达825亿美元，创下历史同期新高，反映中央结算服务在交叉货币掉期市场的应用持续深化，市场参与度进一步提升。
为进一步支持市场发展，并提升风险管理的效率及灵活性，场外结算公司就外汇清算服务推出五项优化措施，其中四项已于上半年顺利落实：
优化履约抵押品安排，提升会员抵押品管理效率
提升本金交换风险限额，支持不断增长的交易需求
修订外汇保证金计算情景，优化保证金覆盖水平
优化交叉货币掉期多边压缩服务，提升资本及运营效率
第五项优化措施预计将于今年稍后推出，通过新增认可交易登记系统(ATRS)，进一步扩展可交割外汇合约(DFX)清算服务，扩大市场参与者接入渠道。
这些优化措施体现了香港交易所持续推动固定收益及货币(FIC)业务发展的承诺，亦有助建设更深入、更互联互通的市场生态圈，并进一步巩固香港作为全球领先固定收益及货币市场枢纽的地位。
