Capital Southwest Shareholders Approve Proposal to Increase Authorized Shares

Capital Southwest (CSWC) said Tuesday that its shareholders approved a proposal to increase the number of authorized common shares to 135 million from 75 million.
The company said the approval provides flexibility to access equity capital to fund new investments, maintain its balance sheet and manage leverage.
