Oxford Industries (OXM) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.34 per diluted share, up from $1.26 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.31.
Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 1 was $394.4 million, down from $403.1 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $394.6 million.
For fiscal Q3, the company expects an adjusted loss per share of $1.20 to $1.40 on revenue of $280 million to $300 million. Analysts expect an adjusted loss of $0.60 on revenue of $313.5 million.
For fiscal 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $1.60 to $2.00 on revenue of $1.43 billion to $1.47 billion. It previously expected adjusted EPS of $2.30 to $2.70 on revenue of $1.48 billion to $1.51 billion.
Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $2.47 on revenue of $1.49 billion.
Shares of Oxford Industries were down more than 17% during after-hours activity.
