The Fair Work Commission has approved Bank of Queensland's (ASX:BOQ) new Enterprise Agreement, delivering pay rises, an enshrined 50% work-from-home right, and stronger workplace change and redundancy protections for employees, according to a statement late Thursday from the Finance Sector Union.
