智通财经APP讯，RIMBACO(01953)发布公告，继股东于股东特别大会上通过特别决议案批准建议更改公司名称后，根据开曼群岛公司注册处处长于2026年8月6日发出的公司更改名称注册证书，公司的英文名称已由“Rimbaco Group Global Limited”更改为“SFQ Global Limited”，并已采纳及注册中文名称“赛孚迅国际有限公司”作为公司的双重外文名称，均自2026年8月6日起生效。
香港公司注册处于2026年8月27日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认公司的新英文名称及新中文双重外文名称(即分别为“SFQ Global Limited”及“赛孚迅国际有限公司”)根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港注册。
于更改公司名称生效后，公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“RIMBACO”更改为“SFQ GLOBAL”，并采用“赛孚迅国际”作为中文股份简称，自2026年9月7日上午九时正起生效。公司于联交所的股份代号维持不变，仍为“1953”。
