为破解辖区老年人“用机难题”，让老年群体更好地享受智能化生活带来的便利，近日，东山区新一街道党工委东方社区开展银龄智能手机使用培训活动。

活动中，工作人员采用“理论讲解+一对一实操”的方式，讲解养老待遇资格线上认证、医保电子凭证使用、出行扫码、视频通话等与老年人生活密切相关的常用智能软件使用流程，现场解答大家提出的各类用机问题，帮助老年群体更好地适应数字生活。把暖心服务落到实处，让老年人在数字化浪潮中获得感成色更足、幸福感更可持续。
