1201 GMT - Adyen hasn't changed its mergers and acquisition strategy despite making two deals close together, its co-founder and co-CEO Pieter van der Does tells Jefferies at a fireside chat. The Dutch payments provider announced the acquisition of enterprise billing platform Orb in June and incentives platform Talon. One in April, both of which completed in July. The two deals were a "coincidence rather than a change in strategy," Jefferies says. The investment bank has a buy rating on the stock and a 1,233 euro target price. Shares are up 2.2% at 1,028.60 euros.
