【道达尔能源完成收购纳米比亚PEL83区块40%权益】当地时间9月3日，道达尔能源宣布完成与Galp于2025年12月达成的交易，收购纳米比亚PEL83许可证40%的运营权益。该区块包含巨型Mopane油气发现，道达尔能源将与Galp、Namcor和Custos分别持有40%、40%、10%和10%的权益。道达尔能源表示，公司目前已成为纳米比亚两大石油发现的运营商，并计划于2026年下半年启动Mopane评价钻井，实施3口评价井计划，目标于2028年作出最终投资决定。
