消息面上，天数智芯中期业绩显示，受益于云端AI推理算力需求集中爆发，智铠系列实现突破性增长，今年上半年收入约6.54亿元，同比暴涨651.8%；毛利约2.33亿元，毛利率为35.6%，成为天数智芯营收增长的核心驱动力；定位高端训练场景的天垓系列则仍保持稳健的增长速度，上半年收入约2.62亿元，同比增长38%。
申万宏源发布研报称，公司基于GPGPU架构开发天垓、智铠、彤央3条产品线，覆盖AI训推+端侧全场景，注重TCO与业务场景的计算效率适配，具备竞争优势。因此，维持盈利预测，预计2026-2028年实现归母净利润1.03、16.96、32.64亿元。维持“买入”评级。
