消息面上，华润万象生活上半年实现营业收入92.2亿元，同比增长8.1%；实现归母净利润22.4亿元，同比增长10.3%。上半年在营购物中心零售额1485亿元，同比增长21.7%，占全国社会消费品零售总额比重提升至0.6%。值得注意的是，公司宣派中期股息及特别股息，合计每股0.977元，同比增长10.9%，全额分派中期核心净利润，分红率100%，当前年化股息率5.0%。
光大证券发布研报称，公司作为商业运营与物业管理双轮驱动的行业龙头，壁垒深厚，购物中心零售额增速跑赢社零、储备项目充足，核心净利润双位数增长并100%分派，是当前物管板块中商业模式稀缺，成长性与股东回报确定性兼具的标的。
