ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptopolitan 报道，泰国证券交易委员会正式敲定加密货币“旅行规则”，要求数字资产运营商标识每笔加密交易的发送方和接收方，自 2027 年 2 月 27 日起生效，届时不合规转账将被禁止。
运营商需制定转移风险政策、收集客户及对手方身份数据、随转账传递发送方和接收方信息，并保留交易记录至少五年（前两年需按监管要求随时提供）。其中最具挑战的是要求运营商验证用户对自托管钱包的资金拥有控制权。新规旨在防范洗钱和恐怖融资，使泰国监管标准与国际反洗钱金融行动特别工作组接轨。
