中国经济网北京9月3日讯 善水科技(301190.SZ)今日收报18.33元，跌幅6.43%。目前该股处于破发状态。 善水科技于2021年12月24日在深交所创业板上市，公开发行股份数量合计为5366.00万股，占发行后总股本的比例为25.00%，发行价格为27.85元/股。 上市首日，善水科技股价最高报44.00元，为该股截至目前的股价最高峰。 善水科技发行募集资金总额为14.94亿元，扣除发行费用后，募集资金净额为13.84亿元，最终募集资金净额比原计划多7091.57万元。善水科技于2021年12月21日披露的招股书显示，公司拟募集资金13.13亿元，分别用于年产61000吨氯代吡啶及15000吨2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶建设项目、研发大楼建设项目。 善水科技的保荐机构(主承销商)为中原证券股份有限公司，保荐代表人为汪先福、赵沂蒙。善水科技本次发行费用合计1.10亿元，中原证券股份有限公司获得承销及保荐费用9489.64万元。 (责任编辑：华青剑)
