智通财经APP获悉，海致科技集团(02706)逆市涨超17%，7月31日至今累计涨幅已超170%。截至发稿，涨16.57%，报59.1港元，成交额2.77亿港元。
消息面上，工业和信息化部办公厅发布《关于开展人工智能应用服务商培育专项行动的通知》，提出探索通过首购首用、风险补偿等模式，加大大模型、智能体、Token等服务采购力度，提升行业用模用智质效。行动明确目标：到2026年底，全国服务商资源池内服务商数量突破2000家，形成结构合理、分工有序、协同创新的多层次梯队；到2027年底，全国服务商资源池内服务商数量不少于3000家，支撑形成全要素协同、全链条贯通、全场景覆盖的人工智能应用服务生态。
值得注意的是，海致科技中报显示，Atlas智能体业务实现跨越式增长，上半年收入达1.15亿元，同比增长135.6%，收入占比升至38.8%。标志着海致科技已完成从图谱解决方案提供商，向面向企业复杂场景的产业级AI基础设施服务商的战略进阶。国盛证券在研报中表示，海致更适合承担高可靠、强逻辑、重交付的产业AI场景，有望成为主权AI和企业智能体落地的重要标的。
