智通财经APP获悉，天利控股集团(00117)午后跌超8%，截至发稿，跌7.18%，报2.715港元，成交额480.63万港元。
消息面上，近日，天利控股集团发布截至2026年6月30日止6个月的中期业绩，该集团取得收入人民币3.65亿元(单位下同)，同比增加20.4%；本公司拥有人应占期内亏损574.4万元，同比减少83%；每股基本亏损0.77分。
公告称，亏损减少主要归因于多层陶瓷电容器业务分部的财务表现出现好转，于截至2026年6月30日止6个月取得分部溢利约460万元，而2025年同期则取得分部亏损约1690万元；及资产管理业务分部的财务表现亦有所改善，截至2026年6月30日止6个月取得分部溢利约1500万元，而截至2025年6月30日止6个月则为约1160万元。上述分部溢利被企业开支所抵销，该等开支主要包括因2025年重组的贷款负债所产生的贷款利息支出；该等利息支出实质上属非现金项目，对集团的日常营运及现金流量并无重大影响。
