GEM (SHE:002340) approved an additional estimated quota of 1.40 billion yuan for related-party transactions with its Indonesian affiliate PT Green Eco Nickel, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The transactions include the sale of sulfur or sulfuric acid, magnesium oxide, and other raw and auxiliary materials to the related party PT Green Eco Nickel.
