NBTM New Materials (SHA:600114) completed the payment for the acquisition of a 34.75% stake in Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech after paying the remaining 153.6 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The total consideration was 673.5 million yuan.
The Chinese powder metallurgy machinery parts manufacturer's shares dropped 4% during the afternoon trade.
