ChainCatcher 消息，比特币持仓公司 Strategy（原 MicroStrategy）致信 MSCI，反对其将“非运营公司”剔除出全球可投资市场指数的提案，称该提案“具有误导性且存在缺陷”。Strategy 创始人 Michael Saylor 与 CEO Phong Le 在信中表示，MSCI 的提案是对数字资产企业的歧视，并质疑其作为指数提供商的公正性与可靠性。
MSCI 本月早些时候宣布，正就“非运营公司”的定义进行咨询，并计划将此类公司从其全球可投资市场指数中剔除。Strategy 指出，这已是 MSCI 第二次提出类似方案，此前 2025 年的提案已被撤回。Strategy 强调自身为运营公司，在全球雇佣约 1500 名员工，并将比特币业务作为运营部门、比特币损益作为运营开支进行报告。
Strategy 目前是全球最大的企业比特币持有者，持有 845,050 枚比特币，按当前价格计算价值约 658 亿美元。MSTR 周一收盘上涨 4%，但年初至今累计下跌 15%。
