China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone's (SHE:001979) subsidiary, Shenzhen Merchants Real Estate, fully acquired its joint venture with Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town's (SHE:000069) unit, Shenzhen Zhaohua International Convention and Exhibition Operation, for 506.5 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The remaining 50% stake was bought from Shenzhen OCT's unit, Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Real Estate.
