CDW (CDW) said late Wednesday it plans to buy data and artificial intelligence services firm Lovelytics in a deal valued at about $525 million.
The acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on CDW's 2026 results, the company said.
The deal is expected to close in Q3, CDW said.
