报告称，尽管高端消费支出稳健，但消费者对价格愈发敏感。受国防和数据中心订单需求带动，美联储大多数辖区的制造业活动增长。整体就业略有增加。
报告指出：“健康的用工需求最常见于制造业、建筑业以及部分服务业，而零售业和酒店业的用工需求则有所下降。”
与此同时，大多数辖区的价格涨幅温和加快。
报告称：“少数辖区面向消费者的联系人表示，消费者价格敏感度提高，限制了将投入成本上涨转嫁给消费者的能力。”

该报告基于12家地区联储银行截至8月24日收集的信息，并由明尼阿波利斯联储汇编。
