智通财经APP获悉，周二，礼来(LLY.US)涨1.69%，报1176.23美元。消息面上，礼来与罗氏联合开发的Elecsys Phospho-Tau(217P)Plasma血液检测已拿到美国FDA批准，用于辅助判断55岁及以上出现认知衰退症状人群，是否存在阿尔茨海默病相关脑内淀粉样蛋白病理改变。该检测采用电化学发光免疫分析法，适配罗氏cobase402、e801全自动免疫分析平台，仅需60微升EDTA血浆样本，检测耗时约18分钟。
据悉，这一诊断技术直击阿尔茨海默病治疗的现实痛点。当前抗淀粉样蛋白类药物，需要精准筛选体内存在淀粉样病理的患者。能否实现低成本、标准化、可大规模普及的筛查手段，直接决定相关药物的患者覆盖规模，也会影响新一代阿尔茨海默病药物向更早阶段人群推广的进程。
