消息面上，8月31日，江西生物公布2026年中期业绩，收入为8330万元，同比减少约16.5%；研发开支为1100万元，同比增加18.6%；净利1436.6万元，同比减少61%；剔除上市开支、税率补差等一次性项目后的经调整净利润约3870万元，同比减少21.7%。业绩变动主要归因于研发开支增加；国家相关税收政策调整;；投资收益减少；固定资产折旧增加；及一次性上市开支。
核心产品人用TAT，期内销售收入约7750万元，销量约957.7万支，其中国内约591.1万支、海外约366.6万支。集团持续推进安瓿瓶与西林瓶双包装协同及终端市场拓展，积极增加经营韧性。国内方面，终端覆盖27,100家医疗机构；其中，西林瓶产品完成国内32个省市医药采购平台挂网并实现26个省市区的省际联盟集釆增补跟标。
