Intuitive Machines (LUNR) said Tuesday that it has been awarded a contract to build two IM-300 satellite platforms for a new, undisclosed customer.

The order expands the customer base for its IM-300 platform and highlights demand for configurable spacecraft that can support different missions and payloads, it said.

The modular platform is designed for high-power payloads, optical and RF crosslinks and configurable propulsion, it added.

The company said the IM-300's modular design allows it to support commercial, civil and national security missions while being produced on compressed timelines.
