Vinci Compass Investments Ltd. (VINP) said late Tuesday it completed its previously announced acquisition of Navi's Real Estate platform.
The transaction adds nearly 800 million Brazilian reais ($155.3 million) in assets under management across multi-strategy and residential real estate strategies, the company said.
