由此，签署MFN协议的制药商总数达到26家，涵盖89%的美国品牌药市场。
这九家制造商为爱尔康、安斯泰来制药、BeOne Medicines、BridgeBio、杰特贝林、协和麒麟、太阳制药、梯瓦制药和优时比。
声明称，九家药企承诺近期共向美国本土制造业投资至少196亿美元。
