为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于深化电力体制改革和建设新型电力系统要求，有序推动各类型电源参与电力市场，今年以来，福建能源监管办持续完善市场机制，积极推动抽水蓄能电站参与电力市场。
福建能源监管办注重制度引领，组织修订福建电力市场现货交易实施细则相关条款，重点明确了抽水蓄能电站参与电力市场的曲线编制及调整原则、价格结算规则、市场损益清算机制，推动抽水蓄能电站主要通过参与市场回收成本、获得收益。在细则修订过程中，福建能源监管办广泛征求意见，充分吸收经营主体合理化建议，确保市场规则公平透明、衔接顺畅、可操作性强，为抽水蓄能电站平稳入市提供坚实制度保障。（傅建钢 郭晓婷）
